Every Pelican Transfer passenger spends 20 to 60 minutes in the back of the car on the way from the airport to their hotel. They have just landed, they have nothing to do, and they have not yet decided where they are going to eat, what they are going to book or which trip they are going to take. Pelican Concierge is a tablet mounted in the vehicle that plays a continuous loop of Algarve content — with partner advertising placed inside it.
The mix is roughly 70 / 30. Seven out of ten clips are Algarve content the passenger
actually wants to watch. Three out of ten are partners. That ratio is deliberate: an ad channel
nobody watches is worth nothing to you.
